I’d like to get an overview of how we interact with our city and the skill sets we value. To do this in a fun way, I propose Zombie Day.
We’ll have a Barcamp feel, with the schedule being filled out by people who want to present. Want to talk about fortification and building? Awesome! Want to talk about parkour and urban rescue? Rad! Share your passion for food sources, weapon choices, and stay-or-flee decision. We’ll have maps of the city, jell-o brains, and films.
Free (though donations are welcome and accepted), and potluck style! February 20th from 10a-6p.
What do we want? Brains! When do we want them? Braaaaiiiiins!

1. Barcamp is a setup where a bunch of people gather in one place with no schedule set beforehand. Everyone signs up for a time slot with a topic they’d like to present on. So you start with a blank schedule for the day. I fill in a 20 minute slot of the hidden tunnels in Seattle between buildings from 11-11:20. You sign up for rooftop living from 12:30-1:15. Other people fill in other spots with whatever they want to present on.
2. Presentations about surviving the zombie apocalypse. So basically, self-reliance, group efforts, urban versus rural tactics, etc. Anything and everything, so long as it involves you interacting with your environment and those around you.
